Abstract

828,246. Nesting chairs; fixing chairs together in rows. NEETA Ltd. Jan. 30, 1958 [March 11, 1957], No. 7962/57. Class 52(2) Tubular metal stacking chairs are each provided on one side with hook members 4 and on the other side with holes 3 into which can be fitted the hook members of an adjacent chair to prevent relative movement and facilitate the locking together of chairs in rows. In a modification, Fig. 4, the chair legs 6 are unconnected at their lower ends and hooks 4 and sockets 7 are welded to the legs.
