827,136. Baking proofers. HAAGSE BAKKERIJMACHINEFABRIEK A. KALMEIJER N.V. April 29, 1958 [May 1, 1957], No. 13556/58. Class 28 (1). As a dough lump slides down an inclined plate to a proofer tray 3, unspecified mechanism starts moving the tray conveyer chains 1. The lumps are turned over by a tipper 9 which up sets a tray to drop the lump into the next lower tray being guided between plates 11 or the tray may be guided to be offset, Fig. 2, to catch the lump. Another tipper 7 engages the tray to tip and discharges the proved dough lump to a discharge plate 6. The trays comprise a fabric sleeve 4 slid over wire loops.
