824,094. Sliding shelves. GENERAL ELECTRIC CO. Ltd. Nov. 28, 1957 [Nov. 28, 1956], No. 15043/59. Divided out of 824,093. Class 52(1) Sets of vertically superposed pins 4 on the sides of a cabinet can support a shelf 2 in alternative horizontal or sloping positions. Additional pins may be provided on the back of the cabinet and the pins are preferably of nylon moulded with a backing plate 5, the shelf contracting parts being coated with plastics composition to reduce friction on sliding.
