Class 52(2) A bed-settee convertible into a twotier bunk has a bracket c carried on each arm rest to which are pivoted arms h upon which the seat section can be swung to form the upper bunk supported by legs m and the back of the settee. The mattress and bedding are secured to the seat section by hessian or like strip n joined by tie tapes. In a modification for use in caravans &c. the arm rests and back are omitted and the arms h are pivoted to supports secured to the walls of the caravan. Storage drawers a may be provided beneath the base in either embodiment.
