819,859. Drilling-jigs. HASLER, H. G. May 19, 1958, No. 16012/58. Class 83 (3). A drilling-jig comprises a base 1, Fig. 1, an upright 2, and a member 5 parallel to the base, the member and base having aligned guideholes 6. Graduations or notches 7 facilitate the location of the jig, which may be attached to work by holes 9, 10. Holes 6 provide clearance for the largest drill to be used. For drilling holes in an inclined surface of the work, the jig may be clamped against a guide block B, Fig. 6, by a clamp C, the block B and work W being secured in a vice &c. V. Alternatively, the jig may be clamped in an inclined position relatively to work W, as in Fig. 8.
