Abstract

818,217. Rotary-mould table machines. KERFOOT & CO. Ltd., T. Oct. 3, 1957 [Oct. 4, 1956], No. 30210/56. Addition to 743,222. Class 87(2). The invention concerns a modification of the parent Specification wherein the upper plungers al are reciprocated by a grooved wheel B, through the groove of which an adjustable lever D passes to reciprocate the rods c, adjustment of the lever D controlling the amount of movement of the rods c and thus the depth of the recesses, for the drug, formed in the coating material. The lever D is pivoted at d and is adjusted in the direction of the reciprocation of the rods c by a spring and screw d2. The upper plungers a1 are made in two parts, a cap a6 and a housing a7, and the diameter of the rods c and bore of the housing a7 may be varied to form different sized recesses in the coating material.
