For cleaning record discs 12 in play a brush 1 is mounted at the end of an arm 2 secured by spring means 3 to the tone arm 4 of a record player. The cup 5 of the brush is press-fitted into an eye 6 at the end of the arm 2, which at the other end is bent to a shape that will fit about a part of the tone arm to which it is secured by the spring 3 that completely or partly encircles the tone arm. The spring is secured at both ends to the bent part of the spring arm or to the bent part and to the tone arm.
