Abstract

602,802. Slide-rules. GOLDSTAUB, H. H. April 30, 1945, No. 10879. [Class 106 (i)] A slide-rule has a casing formed of an upper shell b and a lower shell a to which scales c and d are fixed. A third scale e is slidably held between the scales c and d. The two shells are preferably formed of a thermo-setting plastic material and have corresponding projections j and recesses k so that they may be snapped into position. A cursor i may be fitted over the scales, but within the casing.
