596,318. Honing-sticks. MICROMATIC HONE CORPORATION. March 19, 1945, No. 6868. Convention date, April 22, 1944. [Class 60] An abrasive stick for honing cylinders and the like comprises an abrasive stone and a stabilizing element mounted in extension of said stone. An abrasive element 17 is mounted at one end of a shell 16 and a stabilizing element 18 of cork, fibre, brass and the like at the other end. The abrasive stone may be of the same length as the stabilizing element which may have the same cross-section as the stone.
