[Class 43] [Also in Group XV] Hinged pins 11 on a badge, brooch, bar carrying decoration ribbons, or other ornament 10, are passed through a garment 18 to which the ornament is to be attached and are retained in a folded position against the inside of the garment by a locking strip 15 which is sprung under offset portions 13 of the pins 11 and bears against them at the ends.
