Abstract

565,882. Building - units. MILNE, H. J. May 10, 1943, No. 7337. [Class 87 (i)] A building-unit comprises two spaced slabs A, A<1> connected together by tubular spacers B of large diameter secured in sockets C on the inside of the slabs by grouting or screwed as at B<1> and provided with perforations F for ventilation. The cavity between the slabs may be filled and for thick walls the unit may comprise an intermediate slab. Adjacent units may be connected by loops E made taut around the end spacers.
