536,247. Germicidal &c. compositions. SHEPHERD, T. L., FINN, S. R., POWELL, E. O., and SHEPHERD'S INDUSTRIES, Ltd. July 27, 1939, No. 21820. [Class 81 (i)] A germicidal and insecticidal composition adapted to be sprayed to produce an " aerosol " comprises an anhydrous mixture of hexyl resorcinal and propylene glycol with or without a small amount of an alkali and a wetting agent. A proportion of 10 parts hexyl resorcinol to 90 parts propylene glycol is suitable.
