Abstract
535,039. Stoves. GREEN & CO. (ECCLESFIELD), Ltd., W., GREEN, W. P., and WARREN, E. Nov. 30, 1939, No. 31109. [Class 126] In a device far delivering fuel to cooking- stoves, a detachable fuel container 16 is revolubly mounted in the upper part of a closed hopper 10. The container rests on rotatable rollers 18 carried on rods 17 extending across the hopper and can be turned through 180 degrees to empty it. Flanges 20 overlapping a 'circular frame 13 on the hopper provide a dust-tight joint. The discharge end 12 of the hopper is bolted, either directly to the stove or to an intermediate flanged support 24, carrying a sight hole 28 with observation window 29. The feed opening 11 can be closed by a door 14 while the container is out of the hopper for refilling.
