[Class 62] The two halves of a pack saddle are hooked together at their upper ends by one being formed with shoulders 2 to lock with a narrow slot 4 in the other. Reinforcements 5, 6 carry the loops for the securing straps, and metal frames 7 adapted to support arms &c. are hung from loops on the upper reinforcement 5.
