509,287. Ventilators. SOC. ANON. DES ETABLISSEMENTS NEU. Nov. 18, 1938, No. 33595. Convention date, May 23. [Class 137] A device for distributing humidified air comprises two parts, one an elbow or bend 3, fitted with aerofoil louvres 4, whereby the direction of the air-flow is changed and drops of water are deposited, and the other, a distributor which may be a fan-shaped outlet with bends 5, 5'. The outlet acts as a complementary water separator, and is provided with louvres 7, and one or more stream-lined members 8. A tray 9 is arranged below the distributor to catch the water deposited, which is drained through holes 10. In a modification, Fig. 5, the distribution consists of a number of concentrically arranged bell-shaped funnels 2, and a central bell-shaped member 2'.
