[Class 135] [Also in Group XXVII] A fuel-injection valve, a safety-valve, or a pressurereducing valve is opened by fluid pressure acting on one or more elastic cylinders 10, 12 connected to the valve stem 13, the upper end of which is formed by a bolt 9 screwed into a perforated disc 8 fixed in the valve casing 2. The cylinders may be arranged in parallel or in series and may be filled with air.
