[Class 132 (i)] A rowing-apparatus comprises a framework having side members 1 connected by crosspieces 1 with rocking edges 2c, outriggers 6 being connected to the framework by means of metal plates 8 which engage with recesses 4 formed by undercut blocks 3 attached to the side members. A rowlock 7 on each outrigger supports one end of an oar 9, the opposite end being connected to the member 1 by a spring 21. A sliding seat 12 and foot rests 2a, 2b are provided.
