Drawings to Specification. [Class 40 (iv)] In a double-wiper bidirectional selector which is adapted to hunt over groups comprising a main part in one level and additional lines in the same and /or other levels the lines in the main part of a group are accessible over one set of wipers and the additional lines are reached over either set of wipers according to their bank positions, double hunting taking place when necessary. In a P.B.X. final selector identical with that described in Specification 479,852, wiper-switching is dependent initially on the route of access and the additional lines of a group are marked after the main part has been searched by an auxiliary which is itself set by marking from the selector. Specification 391,151 also is referred to.
