[Classes 17 (ii) and 141] [See also Group XXV] A leather gaiter is supported in relation to the top of a boot leg by a device which comprises a clip c to engage over the top of the boot leg and a hook b to receive the lower edge of the gaiter. The clip and hook may be formed in one piece or on separate plates f, e adjustably connected together by studs k and key-hole slots h. In a modification, a single hook secured to the inside of the gaiter engages over the boot edge.
