422,164. Hosiery drying-forms. PRID. HAM, J. H., and PRIDHAM, J. C., 1488, Queen Street West, Toronto, Canada. May 24, 1934, No. 15499. [Class 34 (i)] A hollow drying-form 7 heated internally, for example by steam, is provided with complementary members 10 and 11 faced with " stretcher fillet " 14 and adapted to grip and stretch the hose. Integral with each member is a weight 19 which draws the hose along the form. The canvas back of the " stretcher fillet " is held in a channel 18, which may be tapered from one end to the other. Under the fillet in the channels 18 may be placed a curved spring plate provided with spring fingers.
