418,821. Treatment of growing plants. FURNISS, D. A., 8, Belvedere View, Alwoodley, Leeds. April 24, 1933, No. 11877. [Class 6 (ii).] A device for fastening climbing and other plants to walls &c. comprises a piece of wood, metal, rubber &c. adapted to receive adhesive on one side for sticking to the wall &c. and provided on the other side with an eyelet a through which string may be threaded, or with string, or a pliable metal strip c, for retaining the plant. The device may be made flat or with a cavity to receive the adhesive d which may be made sticky either by heat or by moisture.
