[Class 38 (v).] A plate for carrying a switch in a wall-box is adjustably supported by collars on screws a, the heads of which pass up through holes in the plate, and is locked in position by other similar screws b having T-shaped heads passed through slots c<1> in the plate. The latter heads when turned to locking position may co-operate with recesses in the plate and to facilitate this cooperation springs may be interposed between the plate and collars b<4> on the screws b.
