Abstract
Electric heating elements and corrosion-resistant utensils for use at temperatures of about 1000-1200 DEG C. are made of alloys containing not less than 32 per cent of nickel, 10.5-35 per cent of chromium and 0.05-2 per cent of one or more alkaline earth metals, with or without one or more of the metals iron, tungsten, molybdenum, cobalt, and manganese. Specifications 220,710, 328,362, [both in Class 82 (i)], 382,573, and 384,291 are referred to.
