Abstract
404,085. Retaining wallets &c. in pockets. PARKER, S. C. T., 33, Imperial Walk, Knowle, Bristol. Sept. 9, 1932, No. 25172. [Class 43.] For retaining a wallet 2 or the like in a pocket, a rod 5 is pivoted on a bracket 1 adapted to be secured to the wallet and is forced by a spring 6 so that it will normally lie obliquely and engage the pocket lining unless it is pressed back against the wallet. The bracket may be formed with a bifurcation 4 acting as a bearing for the rod and may be secured to the wallet by rivets or stitching. The free end of the rod 5 may be pointed or roughened or may be provided with a clip for attaching to the pocket. A screw may be mounted in the rod 5 and adapted to contact with the bracket so as to adjust the angle between the rod and the wallet.
