[Class 17 (ii).] A material for the manufacture of toe-caps, counters, and other stiffening insertions for boots or shoes, consists of a layer of woven fabrio to each side of which is applied a layer of felt, the whole being then bonded by impregnation or coating with a solution of celluloid.
