[Class 140.] A sheet of glass or the like 4 is stuck on a sheet 3 of felt, sponge-rubber, swanskin, or the like, and out up by a diamond into a number of small elements without loosening it from the sheet. Specification 370,063 is referred to. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 states that cloth, rubber, or cork may be used as the backing material. This subjectmatter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
