386,131. Lubrication pumps. BROWN & SONS (HUDDERSFIELD), Ltd., D. and REID, J. M., Park Gear Works, Lockwood, Huddersfield. Jan. 27, 1932, No. 2424. [Class 102 (i).] The piston e of a multiple delivery pump is reciprocated by a crank c from a rack member a which in its oscillation not only causes reciprocation of the piston but rotates a toothed disc j which is keyed to a sleeve f forming the cylinder The sleeve is extended to form an endplate f<2> having passages f<3>, f<4> leading to delivery passages g<3>. In its step-by-step rotation, the inlet port p<1> of the sleeve opens to the suction and communicates in turn with successive outlet channels g<3>. The final movement to the orifices o is past a delivery valve n. For varying the delivery, a piston member m<1> is placed in the channel m<2> and its lowest position can be regulated by the set-screw.
