365,874. Licence - holders for road vehicles. NEALE, R. W., 68, Graham Street, Birmingham. March 24, 1931, No. 8963. [Class 73.] A licence-holder of the kind comprising a n annular body to receive the card and a detachable cap is provided with means for carrying an insurance certificate. In the form shown, the annular body a, Fig. 2, is secured by adhesive to the windscreen, and the cap c, which may be furnished with a mirror e, is provided with a pocket g on its inner side for the certificate. The pocket may consist of a semicircular piece with a flange g<3> by means of which it is secured, or of a leaf spring anchored at one end by means of a flange, or riveted to the cap.
