[Class 118 (ii).] Comprises a glove-like body 1 having wrist and finger-covering portions 4, 2 and cut away to expose the palm of the hand, the arrangement being that the device extends over the backs of the fingers so as to cover substantially the whole of the back of the hand and the fingers. In one form shown in Figure 1 the cuff has an elastic reinforcement 5 which may extend completely around it, a loop 6 for the thumb, a loop 7 extending across the palm and loops 3 for the fingers. The skeleton glove may be worn over the ordinary driving glove and is made from a light-coloured material, such as chamois leather, white rubber, linen or American cloth. In place of the loops for the fingers press-button fastenings 8 may serve to secure the device to the ordinary glove. In another form the thumb loop is dispensed with and three fingers are formed in one piece the forefinger being separate. In this form a loop is provided for the forefinger, and a loop for the next two fingers the little finger being free. In another form the tops of the fingers are accommodated in one stall extending across the device.
