Abstract
348,405. Electromagnets. FULD & CO., TELEPHON-UND TELEGRAPHENWERKE AKT..GES, H., 136, Mainzerlandstrasse, Frankfort-on-Main, Germany. May 22, 1930, No. 15711. Convention date, May 25,1929. [Class 35.] In an electromagnet coil, the flange to which the terminals are attached is of insulating material and has terminals of flat pattern inserted on edge and close together, and the cross section of the flange is increased at the points of attachment of the terminals. Further rigidity of the flange may be obtained by the provision of a rib. In the form shown, the cross section of the flange 1 is increased where the flat terminals 2 are inserted, and the rib 6 gives further rigidity. The ends of the relay windings are passed through the holes 4 and soldered to the terminals which may have identification numbers impressed on the flange.
