320,004. Corrie, B. J. B. Jan. 23, 1929. Tree guards; fencing posts.-A fence for protecting young shrubs S comprises a number of hoop standards 1 which support longitudinal side and top wires 2, 4. The top wires 4 are barbed as shown. Droppers 3 are carried by the side wires 2 between the posts. Small transverse bars 6 may be secured near the bases of the posts to facilitate erection of the guard.
