326,734. Hoover, Ltd., (Hoover Co.). July 5, 1929. Carpet.-sweepers.-An agitating device for use in a sweeper consists of a number of rollers 24 freely mounted on arms 22 attached to a sleeve 20 on a spindle 19. In a modification the rollers 24 may be replaced by balls 25 freely mounted in cups 26.
