311,107. Boulton & Paul, Ltd., North, J. D., and Ffiske, G. E. May 17, 1928. Ventilators.-Means for ventilating buildings, such as cowsheds and poultry houses, consists of a Venturi-shaped member C formed by the roof or wall of the building and an external shield or deflector B, and the throat of the Venturi communicates through a slot or aperture A with the interior of the building. The deflector B is supported at intervals by members B<1>, and its under surfaces may be upwardly directed as shown in Fig. 1, horizontal or downwardly directed to a less degree than the slope of the roof.
