Abstract

302,506. Setten, R. S. Jan. 6, 1928. Cabinets.-The units of a sectional card-index cabinet are provided with flanges at the closed end which can be secured together by suitable fastenings. Fig. 3 shows two units the rear ends. of which are closed by dished plates f forming flanges f<2>, through holes in which are passed spring stud fastenings e. The studs may be replaced by U-shape clips, when the flanges need not be perforated. Other fastenings e are passed through holes in the side walls a<2> of the units near the front. For building the units into tiers, interlocking projections and recesses may be formed in their tops and bottoms, which may be secured together by screw-bolts &c.
