Holders. - Telescopic gasholders are sealed by a viscous plastic mass such as lubricating grease arranged between rings d, d<1> at the upper or lower parts of the lifts. The top iift, instead of being vaulted, may have a flat top surrounded by a rim, overflow pipes being provided for leading away rain water. When the rings d, d<1> are at the lower parts of the lifts, the lower lifts are arranged inside the upper ones. Radial, tangential, or spiral guiding means for the lifts may be provided.
