Abstract

300,153. Shindler, J. Aug. 6, 1927. Cases, watch; bows and pendants.-An inner case is provided completely enclosing the movement against dust and damp, one side of this case being transparent to show the dial. In the form shown, a celluloid cap 18 rests on a fillet 20 secured to the back 14 of the outer watch casing 10 and surrounds closely an upstanding flange 12 also attached to the back 14. The front 28 of the outer case has a bezel 34 which may or may not carry a glass as desired. Secured to a hole 16 in the cap 18 is a sleeve 22 which takes into a recess 26 in the winding knob 24. The part 18 may coact with a separate inner back member which may or may not be secured to the outer back member 14.
