Abstract

Indicator boards. - Distances from place to place are set out in tabular form on a baseboard a and are exposed selectively and singly by an oblique series of apertures e in a plate d slidable in grooves in the baseboard. To strengthen the plate at the apertures a celluloid sheet g may be affixed covering the apertures. In a modification devised to accommodate a large number of distances the base is in three sections hinged together and each section is provided with its own slidable plate, the spare spaces on which may be utilized for advertisements. The plate may be of celluloid with an opaque band made transparent at places to form the apertures.
