U-tube superheaters.-Multi-pass superheaters are provided with means for conversion into single-pass superheaters for drainagepurposes. A superheater with passes 3<1>, 3<2>, 3<3>, and inlet and outlet connections 4<1>, 4<3>, is provided with an additional steam inlet connection 4 and drains 5<1>, 5<2> which are opened during drainage.
