Abstract

289,027. Frei, B. Bauer-. April 20, 1927, [Convention date]. Pillow slips and the like.-Pillow cases and like articles are closed by lacing fastenings, a continuous or two-part band 2, 2<1> with lacing holes 3 being secured to the edges of the opening, the holes along one side of the band having bridges 8, under which the lacing cord 4 is passed in the manner shown. The end of the cord may be tied to a short cord 7 or be otherwise secured. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) described also a modification in which the bridges 8 were omitted. This subjectmatter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
