Abstract
287,045. Maschinenfabrik Augsburg- N³rnberg Akt.-Ges. March 12, 1927, [Convention date]. Controllers, actuating; controllers, multiple rocking-bar.-Motor-controlling switches 2, 3, 4, 5 intended to respond automatically to slow movements, e.g. water-level floats, are attached to slippilig friction-coupling members 6 - - 9 mounted on a constantly rotating shaft 1. The switches are held at rest against the frictional torque by projecting arms 10, 19, &c. with knifeedge ends bearing on segments 31, 32 &c., mounted on a rocking shaft 30 subject to displacement by a float, which thus acts as a release to the mechanical relay action of the shaft 1. The separate switches are positioned so as to come into action successively and to make forward and reversing connections as required.
