286,099. Marks, E. C. B.., (Williams-Oil- O-Matic Heating Corporation). March 18, 1927. Sectional boilers. - The walls of the sections are cast with lugs 22 which have stream-line outer surfaces and which project into the narrow flues between the sections. The sections are secured together side by side and enclose the combustion chamber and an upper longitudinal flue 20. Each section is formed in two parts, one on either side of the combustion chamber. The gases pass around the lower ends of baffles 14 formed by abutting projections on the sections. The water circulation is promoted by internal partitions corresponding to the baffles 14. The combustion chamber may be lined with firebricks. The boiler may be heated by a liquid fuel burner supplied with fuel and air by pumps.
