Abstract

277,564. Ruben, Ltd., R., and Ruben, R. March 10, 1927. Hand domestic appliances. - A device for mixing liquid substances such as eggs comprises a cylindrical container in which is reciprocated a perforated plunger mounted on a stem means being provided for admitting air beneath the plunger at the end of the mixing operation to facilitate emptying. For this purpose the stem 13, on which the plunger 11 is mounted, is hollow and is normally stopped by a wire handle 16 which is removed after the mixing operation. Or the stem may be provided with a valve or cap.
