Abstract

276,850. Siddall, T. A. Oct. 11, 1926. Dough-dividing machines.-A plate E carrying the pressing plungers F is guided by holes engaging columns B connected by a cross-bar C carrying a link I and lever H which is coupled to a spindle D carrying the knives G. A spring pin K normally locks together the plate E and spindle D, but is withdrawable for the operation of the knives G after the dough has been flattened in the pan J. Springs M raise the plate as the lever H is raised, after operation, and the spring pin K re-engages the spindle D.
