Abstract
The solar outdoor lamp comprises a solar light module 40 including a circuit board 41, a plurality of LED lights 42, a solar panel 43 and a battery 44. The solar light module is disposed between a base 10 and a translucent lampshade 20, with a waterproof gasket 30 preventing moisture ingress. The lamp further comprises a positioning plate 50 (e.g., for fixing to a wall) and a plug-in part 60 comprising two triangular plates 61 combined to form a tapered cross-shape (e.g., a ground spike). The positioning plate includes arcuate slots 52 for receiving snap hooks of the base, and the plug-in part includes posts 62 for insertion in plug holes on the base, optionally after passing through corresponding holes 53 in the positioning plate. The positioning plate and plug-in part can be used separately or in combination. The gasket may be installed in a circular slot of the base or may abut an outer periphery of the circuit board.
Description
SOLAR OUTDOOR LAMP
TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE DISCLOSURE
[0001] The present disclosure relates to a solar outdoor lamp, which includes a detachable positioning plate and a plug-in part provided for users to conveniently fix the solar outdoor lamp on a wall surface, a wooden or concrete floor, or any plane, or plug the solar outdoor lamp into the ground soil to achieve a multi-positioning function.
DESCRIPTION OF RELATED ART
[0002] Outdoor lights are often used in gardens, homes, open-air restaurants or outdoor leisure venues to provide moderate lighting, not only creating an atmosphere and decorating the surrounding environment, but also having the advantage of environmental protection and energy saving.
[0003] In the prior-art solar outdoor lamps, there is a disc-shaped solar outdoor lamp which has a set of ground plugs disposed at the back bottom of the disc-shaped solar outdoor lamp and provided for securely plugging the outdoor lamp into the soil ground of a garden trail or directly using the plurality of screws or nails to fix the outdoor lamp to a wall surface of a terrace or pavilion column, or a wooden or concrete plane.
[0004] However, the ground plugs of the aforementioned outdoor lamp may not be mounted onto a wall surface or other plane or fixed to the soil ground even by a plurality of screws and nails, and thus the scope of application of such outdoor disc lamp is limited.
[0005] Additionally, the solar outdoor lamp must be waterproof and dustproof to withstand different weather conditions of rain and sunshine. Therefore, it is a main subject of the inventor of the present disclosure to let the users fix the solar outdoor lamp on the wall surface or any plane, or plug the solar outdoor lamp into the ground soil conveniently, while strengthening the waterproof function of the solar outdoor lamp.
SUMMARY OF THE DISCLOSUE
[0006] Specifically, the present disclosure relates to an outdoor solar lamp, including: a base, having a top surface and a bottom surface, the top surface having a recessed accommodating slot formed at the center of the top surface and a circular positioning portion disposed around the periphery of the top surface, and the bottom surface having two protruding snap hooks, and a plurality of recessed plug holes; a translucent lampshade, having a translucent plate covering the top surface of the base, a ring-shaped side plate disposed around the outer periphery of the translucent plate, the bottom of the ring-shaped side plate having an abutting end combined with a circular positioning portion of the base; a waterproof gasket, mounted around and between the translucent plate of the translucent lampshade and the base, for preventing external moisture from penetrating into the top surface and the accommodating slot of the base; a solar light module, comprising a circuit board having a front disposed under the translucent plate, and a back stacked on the top surface of the base and covering on the accommodating slot, the circuit board being electrically coupled to a plurality of LED lights, a solar panel, and a battery installed in the accommodating slot, the solar panel being fixed to a position of the circuit board front relative to the bottom of the center of the translucent plate, and the plurality of LED lights being fixed to the front of the circuit board front and around the periphery of the solar panel; a sheet-shaped positioning plate, stacked on the bottom surface of the base, and a part of the positioning plate being protruded from the periphery of the base, and having a plurality of positioning holes for passing and fixing the external positioning part to any plane, and the center of the positioning plate being provided with two arc slots for deflective positioning after respectively embedding the two snap hooks of the base, and a plurality of through holes being configured to be corresponsive to the plurality of plug holes of the base, and the positioning plate being detachably combined with the bottom surface of the base through the two snap hooks and two arc slots; and a plug-in part, comprising two triangular plates staggered with each other to form a tapered cross-shaped three-dimensional pointed cone, and the two triangular plates respectively having a top end and a bottom end, and the top end of the two triangular plates having a plurality of protruding plug-in posts configured to be corresponsive to the plurality of plug holes on the bottom surface of the base respectively, which can be directly plugged and positioned to the plug holes on the bottom surface of the base or passed through the plurality of through holes of the positioning plate and positioned to the plug holes on the bottom surface of the base bottom surface respectively, such that the positioning plate and the plug-in part can be simultaneously or alternatively combined with the bottom surface of the base. [0007] Compared to the prior art, the positioning plate and plug-in part of the present disclosure can be simultaneously or alternatively combined with the back of the light emitting unit, allowing users to conveniently fix the light emitting unit to a wall surface, or wooden or is concrete floor, or plug the light emitting unit into the ground soil by the plug-in part to achieve a multi-use purpose.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE DISCLOSURE
[00 1 0] With reference to FIGS.1 to 4 for a solar outdoor lamp of the present disclosure, the solar outdoor lamp includes a base 10, a translucent lampshade 20 combined with the top and outer periphery of the base 10, a waterproof gasket 30 and a solar light module 40 respectively installed between the base 10 and the translucent lampshade 20, a positioning plate 50 detachably fixed to a wall surface or any plane, and a plug-in part 60 pluggable into the ground.
[0011] A recessed accommodating slot 11 is formed at the center of a top surface 101 of the base 10, and a circular positioning portion 12 is disposed at the peripheral edge of the top surface 101. Two snap hooks 13 are protruded from a bottom surface 102 of the base 10, and a plurality of plug holes 14 is concavely formed on the bottom surface 102.
[0012] The translucent lampshade 20 has a translucent plate 21 covering on the top surface 101 of the base 10, and a ring-shaped side plate 22 installed around the outer periphery of the translucent plate 21. An abutting end 221 at the bottom of the ring-shaped side plate 22 is combined with the circular positioning portion 12 of the base 10.
[0013] The solar light module 40 includes a circuit board 41, a front 411 of the circuit board 41 is disposed under the translucent plate 21, the back 412 is stacked on the top surface 101 of the base 10 and covered onto the accommodating slot 11. The circuit board 41 is electrically connected to a plurality of LED lights 42, a solar panel 43, and a battery 44 installed in the accommodating slot 11. Wherein, the solar panel 43 is fixed to the front 411 of the circuit board 41 and at a position relative to the bottom of the center of the translucent plate 21 to facilitate receiving sunlight by the solar panel 43 and converting solar energy into electrical energy. The plurality of LED lights 42 is fixed to the front 411 of the circuit board 41 and disposed around the solar panel 43, and the translucent plate 21 has an embossed line 211 densely distributed and configured to be corresponding to the plurality of LED lights 42 for uniformly dispersing the light emitted by the plurality of LED lights 42 after the light passes through the embossed line 211.
[0014] When the translucent lampshade 20 and the base 10 are assembled, the ring-shaped side plate 22 and the circular positioning portion 12 are provided with a plurality of corresponding screw holes for passing and locking a plurality of screws vertically from each screw hole of the circular positioning portion 12 into the corresponding screw holes of the ring-shaped side plate 22, so as to fix the translucent lampshade 20 to the base 10. Before fixing, the waterproof gasket 30 can be installed between the translucent plate 21 and the base 10 first, so that the waterproof gasket 30 can be tightly pressed when the assembling of the base 10 and the translucent lampshade 20 is completed to prevent external moisture from penetrating into the top surface 101 of the base 10 and the accommodating slot 11, and prevent the solar light module 40 from being damaged by moisture..

In an embodiment, the bottom of each plug-in post 62 is downwardly extended to form a pointed-conical assisted positioning cone 64, such that when the plug-in part 60 is plugged and fixed into the ground soil, the assisted positioning cone 64 is also plugged and fixed into the ground soil to enhance the positioning function. The translucent plate 21 of the translucent lampshade 20 and the ring-shaped side plate 22 are manufactured separately and then combined with each other, and the compression surface 212 around the outer periphery of the bottom of the translucent plate 21 presses at the waterproof gasket 30 to prevent the penetration of external moisture.

[0035] In an embodiment as shown in FIGS.12 to 15, the ring wall 121 of the base 10 is upwardly extended and protruded to form a protruding ring 16 around the outer periphery of the top surface 101 of the base 10, the protruding height of the protruding ring 16 is substantially equal to the thickness of the circuit board 41, and the contour of the outer periphery of the circuit board 41 is substantially the same as the outer periphery of the protruding ring 16 of the base 10, such that the circuit board 41 can be position between the top surface 101 of the base 10 and the inner periphery of the protruding ring 16, and the outer periphery of the circuit board 41 is clamped to the inner periphery of the protruding ring 16 to achieve the position limiting function and prevent the circuit board 41 from shaking sideway. [0036] In addition, the translucent plate 21 is provided with a circular groove 24 corresponding to the protruding ring 16 of the base 10, and the waterproof gasket 30 is installed in the circular groove 24 and pressed against the top of the outer edge of the protruding ring 16 and the circuit board 41, not only enhancing the waterproof function, but also preventing the circuit board 41 from shaking in a vertically up and down direction.
[0037] Furthermore, the translucent lampshade 20 has a flat surface and is wrapped around the top and outer periphery of the base 10, and the waterproof gasket 30 is pressed between the translucent plate 21 and the base 10, which can effectively prevent the penetration of external moisture and prevent the solar light module 40 from being damaged by moisture. [0038] In addition, the translucent lampshade 20 further includes a frame 25 wrapped around the intersection of the outer peripheries of the translucent plate 21 and ring-shaped side plate 22, and the frame 25 can be made of metal to prevent the solar lamp from being damaged by collision and prolong the service life of the solar lamp.

Claims (10)
- CLAIMS: 1. A solar outdoor lamp, comprising: a base, having a top surface and a bottom surface, the top surface having a recessed accommodating slot formed at the center of the top surface and a circular positioning portion disposed around the periphery of the top surface, and the bottom surface having two protruding snap hooks, and a plurality of recessed plug holes; a translucent lampshade, having a translucent plate covering the top surface of the base, a ring-shaped side plate disposed around the outer periphery of the translucent plate, the bottom of the ring-shaped side plate having an abutting end combined with a circular positioning portion of the base; a waterproof gasket, mounted around and between the translucent plate of the translucent lampshade and the base, for preventing external moisture from penetrating into the top surface and the accommodating slot of the base; a solar light module, comprising a circuit board having a front disposed under the translucent plate, and a back stacked on the top surface of the base and covering on the accommodating slot, the circuit board being electrically coupled to a plurality of LED lights, a solar panel, and a battery installed in the accommodating slot, the solar panel being fixed to a position of the circuit board front relative to the bottom of the center of the translucent plate, and the plurality of LED lights being fixed to the front of the circuit board front and around the periphery of the solar panel; a sheet-shaped positioning plate, stacked on the bottom surface of the base, and a part of the positioning plate being protruded from the periphery of the base, and having a plurality of positioning holes for passing and fixing the external positioning part to any plane, and the center of the positioning plate being provided with two arc slots for deflective positioning after respectively embedding the two snap hooks of the base, and a plurality of through holes being configured to be corresponsive to the plurality of plug holes of the base, and the positioning plate being detachably combined with the bottom surface of the base through the two snap hooks and two arc slots; and a plug-in part, comprising two triangular plates staggered with each other to form a tapered cross-shaped three-dimensional pointed cone, and the two triangular plates respectively having a top end and a bottom end, and the top end of the two triangular plates having a plurality of protruding plug-in posts configured to be corresponsive to the plurality of plug holes on the bottom surface of the base respectively, which can be directly plugged and positioned to the plug holes on the bottom surface of the base or passed through the plurality of through holes of the positioning plate and positioned to the plug holes on the bottom surface of the base bottom surface respectively, such that the positioning plate and the plug-in part can be simultaneously or alternatively combined with the bottom surface of the base.
- 2. The solar outdoor lamp according to claim 1, wherein the plug-in part is formed by detachably combining the two triangular plates, the center of the top of one of the triangular plates and the center of the bottom of the other triangular plate are respectively provided with two plug slots that can be embedded with each other, two triangular plates are embedded and combined with each other through the two plug posts to form a substantially cross-shaped three-dimensional pointed cone.
- 3. The solar outdoor lamp according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the bottom of each plug-in post of the plug-in part is downwardly extended to form a pointed-conical assisted positioning cone.
- 4. The solar outdoor lamp according to any preceding claim, wherein the two snap hooks of the base respectively comprise an extension plate protruded from the bottom of the positioning plate, and a stop plate disposed at an end of the extension plate and parallel to the positioning plate, and the stop plate is clamped to the corresponding arc slot of the positioning plate and capable of preventing the two snap hooks from separating from the positioning plate after assembling.
- 5. The solar outdoor lamp according to any preceding claim, wherein the battery has a bottom and a top, the bottom is situated in the accommodating slot of the base, and the top is fixed to the back of the circuit board.
- 6. The solar outdoor lamp according to any preceding claim, wherein the inner periphery of the circular positioning portion of the base is provided with a circular slot, the waterproof gasket is installed in the circular slot, and the translucent plate of the translucent lampshade has a compression surface disposed on the outer periphery of the bottom thereof and abuts against the waterproof gasket.
- 7. The solar outdoor lamp according to any preceding claim, wherein the circular positioning portion of the base comprises a ring wall downwardly extended from the peripheral edge around the top surface of the base, and a positioning edge externally and downwardly protruded from the outer periphery of the ring wall, and the abutting end of the ring-shaped side plate of the translucent lampshade abuts against and fixes to the positioning edge, and the waterproof gasket is pressed vertically between the translucent plate and the ring wall of the base; and the ring-shaped side plate is formed and downwardly extended from the outer periphery of the translucent plate, and the ring-shaped side plate has an inner side wrapped around the outer periphery of the ring wall of the base.
- 8. The solar outdoor lamp according to claim 7, wherein the ring wall of the base is downwardly protruded to form a protruding ring around the outer periphery of the top surface of the base, the protruding length of the protruding ring is substantially equal to the thickness of the circuit board, and the outer peripheral contour of the circuit board is substantially the same as the inner peripheral contour of the base, such that the circuit board can be positioned between the top surface of the base and the inner periphery of the protruding ring, and the outer periphery of the circuit board is clamped to the inner periphery of the protruding ring; and the translucent plate has a circular groove configured to be corresponsive to the protruding ring of the base, and the waterproof gasket is installed in the circular groove and pressed against the protruding ring and the top of the outer periphery of the circuit board.
- 9. The solar outdoor lamp according to any preceding claim, wherein the translucent plate comprises an embossed line configured to be corresponsive to the plurality of LED lights and provided for uniformly dispersing the light emitted by the LED lights.
- 10. The solar outdoor lamp according to any preceding claim, wherein the translucent lampshade further comprises a frame wrapped around the intersection position of the outer periphery of the translucent plate and the ring-shaped side plate.
