Abstract

The clinical examination exothermic reaction sanitiser gel is contained in a single use pod with a clickable lid button 1 situated above a first chamber 3 containing magnesium sulphate or calcium chloride solute which dissolves when released onto the solvent of water layer 5 on top of the alcohol sanitizer gel 6 in a second chamber, thus causing an exothermic reaction, and applied to warm the hands by squeezing out the sanitiser gel through the bottom opening prior to conducting clinical examinations. The solute and water layer may be separated by a paper seal 4 which is punctured by a sharp tip at the base of the button. The container may be formed of a soft, flexible plastic which allows the warm gel to be released through a bottom opening when squeezed. There may be a peel off plastic cap at the base to release the sanitizer gel.

Description

DESCTIPTION With Reference to Diagrams Page 1 Shows the Front Isometric view of the single use pod of the Clinical examination Exothermic Reaction Sanitizer hand gel, clearly displaying clickable the top button (1), the reaction chamber containing the solute of Magnesium sulphate or calcium chloride (3), with a layer of water (5) Page 2 shows the back-isometric view with the powder chamber (3), the water layer (5), the sanitizer gel (6), and a sanitizer wipe (10) to clean up possible Crystallised residue from the exothermic reaction.
Page 3 shows the front exploded view indicating figures 1 to 10 but not figure 8 which is shown in page 4 1. Plastic lid top with bottom spike to puncture the paper seal supporting the solute of Magnesium Sulphate or Calcium Chloride 2. Hard plastic cover 3. Powder Chamber containing solute of Magnesium Sulphate or Calcium Chloride 4. Paper seal that is breakable in releasing the solute in initiating the exothermic reaction 5. The solvent of a layer of water which is a component of the exothermic reaction 6. The sanitizer gel required for preventing the transmission of pathogen from doctor to patient 7. The squeezable soft plastic bottom casing which is also the exothermic reaction chamber 8. {See next page 41 9. A plastic peel off bottom cap that allows the exothermic reaction sanitizer gel to be released on to the hands to sanitise and warm up the hands for up to 10 minutes.
10.A piece of sanitizer wipe attached for the purposes of wiping any excess crystallised residue from the exothermic reaction process.
Page 4 shows the back exploded isometric view of all the components as explained with reference to page 3 front exploded isometric view, but with the addition of figure 8 which is the base opening through which the sanitizer gel is squeezed onto the hand following the exothermic reaction.
Page 5 shows the back cross-section of the sanitizer pod with the spike at the base of the top button (1) which punctures the paper seal (4), the solute chamber (3), the reaction chamber containing the solvent of water layer (5) and sanitizer gel (6), and the attached piece of sanitizing hand wipes to remove excess crystals (10) Page 6 shows the isometric back section clearly displaying the clicicable top button, the solute chamber (3), the paper seal (4), and the reaction chamber containing the layer of water (5) that sits on top the sanitizer gel (6), and the exit opening (8) for the exothermic reaction sanitizer gel to be squeezed on to the hands of the user and examining doctors.

Claims (7)

  1. CLAIMS1. A clinical examination exothermic reaction sanitizer gel contained in a single use pod with a clickable lid button situated above a first chamber containing a magnesium sulphate, or calcium chloride solute which dissolves when released onto the solvent of water layer on top of the alcohol sanitizer gel in a second chamber thus causing an exothermic reaction and applied to warm the hands by squeezing out the sanitizer gel through the bottom opening prior to conducting clinical examinations.
  2. 2. A clinical examination exothermic reaction sanitizer gel according to claim one in which the exothermic reaction produces enough heat to warm the hands for up to ten minutes
  3. 3. A clinical examination exothermic reaction sanitizer gel according to claims 1 and 2 wherein the solute of magnesium sulphate or calcium chloride is released onto the layer of water solvent by clicking on the lid button of the top chamber resulting in heat producing reaction in the second chamber of the single use pod.
  4. 4. A clinical examination exothermic reaction sanitizer gel according to claims 1 and 3 wherein the solute of magnesium sulphate or calcium chloride is separated from the solvent of water layer with a paper seal which is punctured when the top lid button is pushed down.
  5. 5. A clinical examination exothermic reaction sanitizer gel according to claims 1 and 4 wherein the top clickable lid button has a sharp tip at its base which punctures the paper seal thus releasing the solute onto the solvent and initiating the exothermic reaction in the second chamber.
  6. 6. A clinical examination exothermic reaction sanitizer gel according to claim 1 which is contained in a soft flexible plastic which allows the warm gel to be released through a bottom opening when gently squeezed
  7. 7. A clinical examination exothermic reaction sanitizer gel according to claims 1 and 6 which has a peel off plastic cap at the base which is peeled off in order to release the sanitizer gel after the exothermic reaction has taken place.
