Abstract

A community connectivity platform and a method for facilitating community connectivity through a mobile application (app) is provided. The invention connects individuals having similar interests, and which is a versatile and customizable mobile platform, connecting a community. It offers an app and a custom backend server with a custom user management system. The backend server has a training module, a pass module, a dating or social interaction module, a forum module and a sessions module. The user management system allows the registration and authentication of users through blockchain. Verified members can use the dating or social interaction module for safe dating via artificial intelligence matching. The app enables users to schedule in-person sessions with their chosen partners, considering date, time, location, gender, level, and goals throughout the app’s modules. The app incorporates in-built chat functionality, allowing users to communicate via calls, messages, and video chats with their partners facilitating the provision of feedback between users to encourage community building. The app integrates a social media feed, enabling users to upload and share exercises, recipes, playlists, and other fitness and wellness content. For example, on health apps, users can access a wide range of exercises with instructional videos or images to ensure proper form and technique. This system and innovation was inspired by the inventor whose gym during COVID-19, lost 2 members through suicide and later was identified that the individuals struggled with mental health. A community connectivity platform comprising: a processor executing mobile readable instructions in modules, wherein the computer readable instructions stored in the memory of one or more user device; a custom backend sewer (206) for data processing and storage of one or more user profiles; a custom user management system (210) for registration and authentication of one or more users through blockchain; a training module (212) for identifying or search partners for co-training, scheduling sessions with partners, and communication with other users virtually or in-person globally; a pass module (220) that allows users to purchase a gym or event pass without needing to visit the gym or venue and access a community and arrange a health or training or event sessions with members and non-members that attend that venue or new users; a dating or social interaction module (214) for safe dating with verified members, wherein the verified members are authenticated on registration via blockchain or through user real-world feedback; an automated dating request included within the dating module (214), with direct personal calendar integration, whilst using artificial intelligence on the backend to match users based on trained parameters; a forum module (216) for accessing wellness-related content and engaging with one or more experts, wherein the experts are being part of the platform; a sessions module (218) for accessing videos and booking sessions with experts, partners and other members of the platform.
2. 2. The community connectivity platform of claim 1, comprising a supplier interface (110) allowing community staff, individuals, and entrepreneurs to upload schedules, classes, timetables, and respond to one or more member issues using the instant or messaging / chat function.
3. 3. The community connectivity platform of claim 1, wherein the platform allows users to search for training partners based on criteria such as date, time, location, gender, age, level, reviews and goals.
4. 4. The community connectivity platform of claim 1, wherein the platform enables users to schedule in-person sessions and communicate with partners through in-built instant messages such as text, calls, messages, and video chats integrated directly into users' calendars.
5. 5. The community connectivity platform of claim 1, wherein the platform comprise a social media feed with customizable users filters for viewing and content and for users to upload exercises, recipes, playlists, and engage with other users on the platform.
6. 6. The community connectivity platform of claim 1, wherein the dating module (214) includes tailored questions and allows users to schedule dates with activities such as sporting exercises, social sessions or health/activity sessions with other users or partners.
7. 7. The community connectivity platform of claim 1, wherein the forum module (216) enables users to create personal wellbeing boards, follow wellness experts, and message specialists directly or engage with other users, whilst being able to leave reviews/feedback once a session is complete
8. 8. The community connectivity platform of claim 1, wherein the online/exclusive sessions module (218) allows users to access videos of inspiring speakers, both live and pre-recorded, and interact with the content by asking questions directly on live feeds
9. 9. The community connectivity platform of claim 1, wherein a filter module allows the user to create, and view content based on the filter.

A method for facilitating community connectivity through a mobile application, comprising the steps of: providing a mobile application accessible on multiple devices; implementing a user management tool for registration and authentication of users; offering a training feature within the mobile application; enabling users to schedule in-person sessions with their chosen partners, considering date, time, location, gender, level, and goals throughout the applications modules including health and dating incorporating in-built chat functionality within the mobile application, allowing users to communicate via calls, messages, and video chats with their partners; facilitating the provision of feedback between users to encourage community building; integrating a social media feed within the mobile application, enabling users to upload and share exercises, recipes, playlists, and other content related to fitness and wellness.
