251,206. Rushen, P. C., (Overseas Wire Cord Co.). Dec. 17, 1925. Jackets and covers. -A tyre foundation is formed by closely arranged, radially disposed, t.-ire strands 1 and a textile reinforcement 4, both these parts extending around the bead cores 2 and being embedded in the rubber body 3. The part 4 is spaced from the strain - resisting foundation 1 and may be arranged on the inside or outside thereof.
