Abstract

An electronic incense diffusion device 1 comprising a touch screen multimedia viewer 2, USB port, micro-controller (3:fig 2) to control the operation of the device and incense burner comprising an electric heater block 21 with heating/burning plate, incense cylinder 24 containing the incense, gear box 7 with motor for moving the incense cylinder, pusher 4, smoke tube 10, smoke container 5, fans 50, sweeper blade 22, ash container 8, sensor 11 for determining the level of ash in the ash container and sensor 25 for determining the amount of incense inside incense cylinder. In use, the microcontroller signals the motor of the gear box to rotate the incense cylinder, covered by the pusher toward the heater block. A predetermined amount of incense is dropped on the heater block and heated. The created smoke is drawn into the smoke tube, by the fans, and transferred into the smoke container where the smoke is released into the atmosphere via vent 13.

Field of the Invention:
The present invention relates generally to electronic incense burner, and more particularly to electronic incense diffusion device With panorama display.
Description of the Prior Art:
There are many electrical incense burner in the market. US6371451 which describes a scent diffusion apparatus and method contains individual original scents for a plurality of scents to be diffused, constructs information on position information of the contained original scents and information on various scents to be diffused in a database, and mixes the original scents of the desired scent properly at a desired point in time based on the scent information, to thereby spray the desired scent, The scent diffusion method includes providing a plurality of scent spraying units containing original scents, heating the original scents via a. heater, evaporating the original scents, and diffusing the evaporated scent with the air via an air supply pump. Thus, a desired scent can be transferred to a selected subject under correct concentration. The scent diffusion apparatus uses scent cartridges containing the original scents, such as cartridges used in an existing ink-jet printer, and uses the same control commands as those of a general personal computer or ink-jet printer compatibly. Thus, the scent diffusion apparatus can control an amount of diffusion precisely, be manufactured in a compact fashion, and used in connection with a. general purpose computer in which almost all kinds of operating systems supporting an ink-jet printer are incorporated.
CN101627872 is related to an electronic incense burner comprising a burner disc and a plugboard. The electronic incense burner is provided with electronic display incense and a controller, wherein the controller is a fixed program controller; and the electronic display incense comprises a cylindrical liquid crystal display for simulating the process of incense burning. The controller is installed in the burner disc, and is connected with the plugboard by a transmission line, the plugboard is provided with a plug connected with a connection plug of the electronic display incense, and the controller is provided with a programme for displaying the whole process of incense lighting to incense burning away. When in use, the electronic incense burner is connected with a power supply; and the electronic display incense is inserted into a jack of the plugboard, the controller transmits a signal of the programmed programme to the electronic display incense, and the electronic incense displays the burning process. The invention has the advantages that the electronic display incense cannot generate smoke and is beneficial to the physical health of human bodies.

This device has microcontroller programmed to control the operation of burning the incense inside the electric heater block and the process of diffusion the burned incense inside the place surround the device.
Also, the device has a touch screen for panorama viewer display to display the advertisements and news about the user of the burner device.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to electronic incense diffusion device With panorama.
viewer display. This device ha.s microcontroller which is programmed to control the operation of burning the incense inside the electric heater block and the process of diffusion the burned incense inside the place surround the device. Also, the device has a touch screen for panorama viewer displa.y to display the advertisements of his company or any multimedia.
The electronic incense diffusion device (1) according to fig. 1 and 2 comprises panorama OLED viewer display (2) which used to display any advertisements, news, videos, or any multimedia about the owner of the device even in company, factories, banks, or personal. The user can display his multimedia by connecting his flash in USB slots in the device. The display (2) is touch screen and may be OLED, LCD, or any kind of screens.
The display (2) is connected to microcontrofier (3) which is the main control unit of the incense diffusion device (1). The user programs the microcontroller (3) with his requirement of the burning time, the heating temperature of the electric heater blade, the quantity of the incense which is burned according to the determined time, when the fans is turned on, when the ash incense is cleaned, what is displayed on the panorama. display, and when the device is turned on and off The user turns on the device (1), the microcontroller sends instruction after intervals period as 50 sec to the gear box (7) to work and so the motor of the gear box 7 is rotated so the incense cylinder (24), which is covered by the incense mechanical pusher box (4), is moved down towards the electric heater block (21). The end of the incense cylinder (24) pushes the cover (23) down so it is gone inside the electric heater block (21), The incense cylinder (24) is filled with incense and there is a sensor (25) to determine the burned incense quantity and send alarm signal to the user when the incense cylinder is empty. The predetermined amount of incense is dropped inside the electric heater block (21) after the electric heater block is heated to a proper temperature in between 1800 c and 230° c which is suitable for burning the incense. So, the incense touches the bottom blade of the heater as so it starts of burning. The end of the incense cylinder (23) has a cover (6) that is connected to smoke tube (10).
While the incense is burned, the fans (50) is turned on and so the smoke goes through the smoke tube (10) towards the smoke container (5) and so discharged into atmosphere through the vent (13), So the smoke is sprayed and diffused all over the sun-ounded place of the device (1). The fans (50) will work for a predetermined peiod of 3 sec and automatically turned off.
After each burning process the device is turned off except the display (2).
Also the blade of the electric heater box is heated to the predetermined temperature and will automatically turned off after 3 to 5 second in order to give enough time for burning all incense amount hmide the heater block (21).
After 10 to 15 second of every burning process, the heater blade is cooled and so the microcontroller sends instruction to the sweeper blade (22) to sweep the incense ash inside the heater block (21) and drop ash inside the ash container (8). There is a sensor (ii) to determine the ash level inside the ash container, so when the ash container (8) is full, the sensor send alarm signal to the user in the display (2). So, the user opens the button (9) and pulls the ash container and cleans it from ash.
For more protection of the device, all components of the device (1) is thermally insulated with appropriate insulator. So the device, isn't affected by the high temperature of the heater blade and the smoke. Also, all pails of the device is manufactured with appropriate materials.

Claims (1)

  1. Claims: 1-Electronic incense diffusion device with panorama viewer display has microcontroller which is programmed to control the operation of burning the incense inside the electric heater block and the process of diffusion the burned incense inside the place surround the device. Said diffusion device comprises: -Touch screen for panorama viewer display to display the advertisements of his company or any multimedia, -USB slots to connect external device to view multimedia on the display, -Microcontroller to control and send pulse and signals to all parts of the device, -Gear box unit has a motor to control the movement of the incense cylinder, -Incense mechanical pusher box which is the cover of the incense cylinder, -Electric heater block has movable button and burning blade in its bottom base; -Smoke tube to transfer the incense smoke towards smoke container and so discharged into atmosphere through the vent; -Fans to spread and diffuse the incense smoke in the atmosphere; -Sweeper blade to sweep the incense ash into the ash container; -Alert sensor to determine the ash level inside the ash container; -Sensor to determine the burned incense quantity and send alarm signal to the user when the incense cylinder is empty.
    2-According to claim 1, said electronic incense diffusion device has a cover with thermally appropriate insulator.
    3-According to claim 1, the burner blade has an indicator to send signal when the temperature arrive to the predetermined level.
    4-According to claim 1, all components of the device is thermally insulated with appropriate insulator. So the device, isn't affected by the high temperature of the heater blade and the smoke.
    5-According to claim I, said electronic incense diffusion device has a rechargeable battery to work when there is no electric power supply.
    6-Method for burning and diffusing incense to atmosphere of the place though the electronic incense diffusion device With panorama viewer display comprises: -The user program the microcontroller with his requirement of the burning time, the heat temperature of the electric heater blade, the quantity of the incense which is burned according to the determined time, when the fans is turned on, when the ash incense is cleaned, what is displayed on the panorama display, and when the device is turned on and off, -The user turn on the device; -Microcontroller send signal to the electric heater block. So the heater blade is heated to a proper temperature in between 1800 c and 2300 c which is suitable for burning the incense; -The said microcontroller send instruction after intervals period as sec to the gear box to work and so the motor of the gear box is rotated so the incense cylinder moves down towards the electric heater block; -The end of the incense cylinder pushes the upper movable button of the electric heater block down so it is go inside the electric heater block. The predetermined amount of incense is dropped inside the electric heater block; a. sensor to determine the burned incense quantity and send alarm signal to the user when the incense cylinder is empty; -While the incense is burned, the fans is turned on after 20 sec of the arrival of the temperature to the heating level. And so the smoke go through the smoke tube towards the smoke container and so discharged into atmosphere through the vent. So the smoke is sprayed and diffused all over the surrounded place of the device.The fans will work for a predetermined period of 3 sec and automatically turned off; -After each burning process the device is turned off except the display.-After 10 to 15 second of every burning process, the heater blade is cooled a.nd so the microcontroller send instruction to the sweeper blade to sweep the incense ash inside the heater block and so the ash is dropped inside the ash container. There is a sensor to determine the ash level inside the ash container, so when the ash container is full, the sensor sends alarm signal to the user in the display. So, the user open the button and pull the ash container and clean it from ash.
    7-According to claim 6, the blade of the electric heater box is heated to the predetermined temperature and will automatically turned off after 3 to 5 second in order to give enough time for burning all incense amount inside the heater block.
