Abstract
A game ticket, a bingo ticket for use in a bingo game, and a method of generating a bingo ticket are provided. The bingo ticket includes: a plurality of fixed symbols, arranged in fixed positions on a grid of the bingo ticket; a dynamic symbol position located on the grid, and separate to the fixed symbols; and first and second dynamic symbols associated with the dynamic symbol position. A first bingo combination is provided by the fixed symbols and the first dynamic symbol at the dynamic symbol position, and a second bingo combination is provided by the fixed symbols and the second dynamic symbol at the dynamic symbol position.
Claims (29)
1. A bingo ticket for use in a bingo game, the bingo ticket including: a plurality of fixed symbols, arranged in fixed positions on a grid of the bingo ticket; a dynamic symbol position located on the grid, and separate to the fixed symbols; and first and second dynamic symbols associated with the dynamic symbol position, wherein a first bingo combination is provided by the fixed symbols and the first dynamic symbol at the dynamic symbol position, and a second bingo combination is provided by the fixed symbols and the second dynamic symbol at the dynamic symbol position.
2. The bingo ticket of claim 1, wherein the fixed symbols comprise numbers.
3. The bingo ticket of claim 1, wherein the first and second dynamic symbols comprise numbers.
4. The bingo ticket of claim 1, wherein the first dynamic symbol is provided in the dynamic symbol position and the second dynamic symbol is provided adjacent to the dynamic symbol position.
5. The bingo ticket of claim 1, wherein the first and second dynamic symbols are provided in the dynamic symbol position.
6. The bingo ticket of claim 1, wherein the first dynamic symbol comprises a default symbol at the dynamic symbol position and the second dynamic symbol comprises a substitute symbol for the dynamic symbol position, such that the default symbol and the fixed symbols are arranged to form the first bingo combination, and the default symbol may be replaced by the substitute symbol to form the second bingo combination with the fixed symbols.
7. The bingo ticket of claim 1, wherein the substitute symbol is graphically associated with the default symbol.
8. The bingo ticket of claim 1, wherein a region is provided in the grid including the substitute symbol and the default symbol, the region graphically distinguished from a region defined by the fixed symbols.
9. The bingo ticket of claim 8, wherein the region is colour coded.
10. The bingo ticket of claim 8, wherein a boundary is provided around the substitute symbol and the default symbol.
11. The bingo ticket of claim 1, wherein at least one of the substitute symbol and the default symbol are colour coded.
12. The bingo ticket of claim 1, wherein the fixed symbols are provided in a first colour, and the substitute symbol is provided in a second colour that is different to the first colour.
13. The bingo ticket of claim 1, wherein the default symbol is provided in the first colour.
14. The bingo ticket of claim 1, wherein the fixed symbols are provided on a first region of the grid having a first background colour, and at least one of the substitute symbol and the default symbol are provided in a second region of the grid having a second background colour.
15. The bingo ticket of claim 14, wherein the first and second regions are defined by cells in the grid.
16. The bingo ticket of claim 14, wherein the second region is defined by a graphical boundary.
17. The bingo ticket of claim 1, wherein more than two dynamic symbols are associated with the dynamic symbol position.
18. The bingo ticket of claim 1, further including: a second dynamic symbol position located on the grid, and separate to the fixed symbols and the dynamic symbol position; and third and fourth dynamic symbols associated with the second dynamic symbol position, wherein third and fourth bingo combinations are provided by the fixed symbols and the fourth dynamic symbol at the second dynamic symbol position.
19. The bingo ticket of claim 18, wherein the first bingo combination is provided by the fixed symbols, the first dynamic symbol at the dynamic symbol position, and the third dynamic symbol at the second dynamic symbol position.
20. The bingo ticket of claim 18, wherein the second bingo combination is provided by the fixed symbols, the second dynamic symbol at the dynamic symbol position, and the third dynamic symbol at the second dynamic symbol position.
21. The bingo ticket of claim 18, wherein the third bingo combination is provided by the fixed symbols, the first dynamic symbol at the dynamic symbol position, and the fourth dynamic symbol at the second dynamic symbol position.
22. The bingo ticket of claim 18, wherein the fourth bingo combination is provided by the fixed symbols, the second dynamic symbol at the dynamic symbol position, and the fourth dynamic symbol at the second dynamic symbol position.
23. The bingo ticket of claim 1, wherein the bingo ticket includes more than two dynamic symbol positions, each with corresponding dynamic symbols.
24. The bingo ticket of claim 1, printed on paper or cardboard.
25. The bingo ticket of claim 1, comprising a single use bingo ticket.
26. The bingo ticket of claim 1, wherein the bingo ticket is one of a plurality of bingo tickets provided in a sheet or a book.
27. The bingo ticket of claim 1, wherein the ticket may be used together with tickets of the prior art in a single bingo game.
28. A method of generating a bingo ticket for use in a bingo game, the method including: generating first and second bingo combinations; generating the bingo ticket including the first and second combinations by providing: a plurality of fixed symbols, arranged in fixed positions on a grid of the bingo ticket; a dynamic symbol position located on the grid, and separate to the fixed symbols; and first and second dynamic symbols associated with the dynamic symbol position, wherein the first bingo combination is provided by the fixed symbols and the first dynamic symbol at the dynamic symbol position, and the second bingo combination is provided by the fixed symbols and the second dynamic symbol at the dynamic symbol position.
29. A game ticket for use in a game of chance, the game ticket including: a plurality of fixed symbols, arranged in fixed positions on a grid of the ticket; a dynamic symbol position located on the grid, and separate to the fixed symbols; and first and second dynamic symbols associated with the dynamic symbol position, wherein a first game combination is provided by the fixed symbols and the first dynamic symbol at the dynamic symbol position, and a second game combination is provided by the fixed symbols and the second dynamic symbol at the dynamic symbol position.
