Description
NOVEL FIREPROOF AND SMOKEPROOF DOOR
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0001] Technical Field [0002] The utility model belongs to the field of fireproof and smokeproof doors, in particular to a fireproof and smokeproof sliding door.
[0003] 2. Description of Related Art [0004] Fireproof and smokeproof doors are necessary firefighting devices in buildings and are widely used at various occasions. At sites with large empty spaces, the installation of a fireproof door is relatively simple, and the fireproof door is installed on the door frame by using door hinges. However, at some sites with smaller space, installation of the fireproof door by using hinges is difficult, and then a fireproof sliding door is required to save space. The upper end of the fireproof door panel of the fireproof sliding door is in movable connection with a sliding door guide rail disposed on a wall body and when the fireproof door panel is closed, the left side or right side contacts the inner wall of the corresponding frame on the frame. The left side or right side of the fireproof door panel is provided with sealing bars, the corresponding position of the door frame can also be provided with the sealing bar for resisting smoke or fire. No other connection is disposed between the fireproof door panel and the door frame. Using the fireproof sliding door saves space, but may generate safety problems because the fireproof door panel is only connected with the sliding door guide rail with a relatively low fire resistant temperature. Usually, the sliding door guide rail is melted at the temperature of over 300 degrees, and the fireproof door panel tends to fall down in such case because of no other connection between the fireproof door panel and the door frame. In such case, the fireproof sliding door not only fails to block fire and smoke, but also has the possibility of causing injury to people during escape because of the falling down of the fireproof door panel.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0005] The objective of the utility model is to provide a novel fireproof and smokeproof door of which a fireproof door panel and a door frame are provided with angle iron bars to buckle each other together. Even if the sliding door guide rail in movable connection with the top of the fireproof door panel is melted, the fireproof door panel does not fall down within a certain period of time, but plays the role of blocking fire and smoke, improving the safety of fireproof sliding doors.
[0006] To fulfill the above objective, the utility model adopts the following technical solution. A novel fireproof and smokeproof door including a door frame, a fireproof door panel, a sliding door guide rail in movable connection with the fireproof door panel, and plural sealing bars disposed on the door frame and/or fireproof door panel and disposed at the joints of the door frame and fireproof door panel. The fireproof door panel is provided with a first angle iron bar on the rear side of the right frame and a second angle iron bar buckled with the first angle iron bar on the front side of the right frame; the top of the door frame is provided with a third angle iron bar; and the top of the fireproof door panel is provided with a fourth angle iron bar connected with the third angle iron bar.
[0007] The surface, in contact of the fireproof door panel, of the left frame of the door frame is provided with at least two buffer columns; the corresponding surface of the left frame of the fireproof door panel is formed with buffer holes engaged with the buffer columns; and each buffer hole is internally provided with a stainless steel sleeve.
[0008] The bottom surface of the fireproof door panel is provided with a fireproof groove along the width direction, and the fireproof groove is internally provided with a fireproof and smokeproof bar.
[0009] Furthermore, a hook is also included; the hook is integrally molded by two upright plates and a bottom plate disposed between the two upright plates; one of the upright plates is fixedly disposed on the outer wall of the bottom of the door frame, while the other upright plate is pressed against the inner wall of the fireproof groove; the bottom plate is disposed between the fireproof door panel and the bottom frame of the door frame; and the lower surface of the bottom plate is provided with a fireproof bar in connection with the fireproof and smokeproof bar.
[0010] The inside surface of the left frame of the door frame is formed with a vertical groove; the buffer columns are vertical to the bottom surface of the groove; the surface of the left frame of the fireproof door panel on the two sides of the stainless steel sleeves is respectively provided with a sealing bar; and the inner walls on two sides of the groove are also respectively provided with a sealing bar.
[0011] The front surface of the top of the door frame is also provided with a sealing bar, and the corresponding position of the rear surface of the top of the fireproof door panel is also provided with a sealing bar.
[0012] The utility model has the following beneficial technical effects: one side frame of the door frame is provided with the second angle iron bar, while the side frame of the fireproof door panel on the corresponding side is provided with the first angle iron bar; after the fireproof door panel is pushed closed against the door frame, the first and second angle iron bars are buckled together. In such case, the third angle iron bar on the top of the door frame is buckled with the fourth angle iron bar on the top of the fireproof door panel. The bottom of the door frame is provided with the hook; one of the upright plates of the hook is pressed against the inner wall of the fireproof groove disposed at the lower end of the fireproof door panel, which does not impede the movement of the fireproof door panel, but also prevents the lower end of the fireproof door panel from deviating from the bottom of the door frame. Compared with the prior art, in the case of a fire, the closed fireproof door panel and the door frame are connected in a buckled way through match the first and second iron bars and the match of the fourth and third angle iron bars thereon; then, even if the sliding door guide rail is melted, the fireproof door panel is prevented from falling dovm and continues to play the role of blocking fire and smoke, avoiding the smoke and fire from entering other areas in a short time and prolonging the escape time for people. Therefore, the utility model has high safety.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0021] To make those skilled in this field better understand the solution of the utility model, the utility model is further described in detail with reference to the attached drawings and implementation modes.
[0022] As shown in figures 1-8, a novel fireproof and smokeproof door includes a door frame 1, a fireproof door panel 2 and a sliding door guide rail 3 in movable connection with the fireproof door panel 2. Wherein: [0023] In this embodiment, the left direction along which the fireproof door panel 2 is pushed toward the door frame 1 is defined as the closing direction, and the opposite is the opening direction.
[0024] A first angle iron bar 4 is disposed on the rear side of the right frame of the fireproof door panel 2; a second angle iron bar 5 buckled with the first angle iron bar 4 is disposed on the front side of the right frame of the door frame; a third angle iron bar 6 is disposed on the top of the door frame; and a fourth angle iron bar 7 in connection with the third angle iron bar 6 is disposed on the top of the fireproof door panel. When the fireproof door panel 2 is pushed leftward to close against the door frame 1, the first and second angle iron bars 4 and 5 are buckled together, while the third angle iron bar 6 disposed on the top of the door frame and the fourth angle iron bar 7 disposed on the top of the fireproof or panel are buckled.
[0025] A fixed glass door 101 can also be disposed on the inner right side of the door frame 1 for better observation. In such case, the second angle iron bar 5 is disposed on the front side of the left frame of the glass door 101.
[0026] Then, the two different implementation modes, where the door frame is an integrated body and where a fixed glass door is disposed on the inner right side of the door frame (or inner left side), include different configuration modes of the second angle iron bar 5.
[0027] It is required to be noted that, the first, second, third and fourth angle iron bars 4, 5, 6, 7 are configured to connect the door frame 1 and the fireproof door panel 2 together and bring convenience in installation and dismantling. Parts made from other materials or in other shapes, which achieve the same or similar effects when installed on the door frame and fireproof door panel, shall all fall within the protective scope of the utility model.
[0028] The surface, in contact of the fireproof door panel, of the left frame of the door frame 1 is provided with at least two bufier columns 9; the corresponding surface of the left frame of the fireproof door panel 2 is formed with buffer holes engaged with the buffers columns 9; and each buffer hole is internally provided with a stainless steel sleeve 10. The quantity of the buffer columns 9 can be set upon actual situations, or two or more. The quantity of the buffer hole shall be identical with the quantity of the stainless steel sleeve 10 and the buffer column 9.
[0029] The bottom surface of the fireproof door panel 2 is provided with a fireproof groove 201 along the width direction, and the fireproof groove is internally provided with a fireproof and smokeproof bar 11.
[0030] A hook 12 is also included; the hook is integrally molded by two upright plates 121, 122 and a bottom plate 123 disposed between the two upright plates; one of the upright plates 121 is fixedly disposed on the outer wall of the bottom of the door frame, while the other upright plate 122 is pressed against the inner wall of the fireproof groove; the bottom plate 123 is disposed between the fireproof door panel 2 and the bottom frame of the door frame; and the lower surface of the bottom plate is provided with a fireproof bar 13 in connection with the fireproof and smokeproof bar 11.
[0031] The inside surface of the left frame of the door frame 1 is formed with a vertical groove 102; the buffer columns 9 are vertical to the bottom surface of the groove; the surface of the left frame of the fireproof door panel on the two sides of the stainless steel sleeves 10 is respectively provided with a sealing bar 8, which means that two sealing bars 8 are disposed on the surface of the left frame of the fireproof door panel and respectively located on two sides of the stainless steel sleeve 10; and the inner walls on both sides of the groove are also respectively provided with a sealing bar 8.
[0032] The top of the door frame 1 contacts the top of the fireproof door panel 2, and a sealing bar 8 is respectively disposed at the contact parts of the two tops.
[0033] The sealing bar 8 is used for blocking smoke and fire. The sealing bar 8 can be set at contact position of the door frame 1 in contact with the fireproof door panel and can also be disposed at corresponding positions of the door frame 1 and the fireproof door panel 2 at the same time. Configuration of only one sealing bar 8 at the position of the door frame 1 or fireproof door panel 2 is also acceptable.
[0034] After the fireproof door panels 2 are pushed leftward to close against the door frame 1, the fireproof and smokeproof bar 11 at the bottom of the fireproof door panel springs downward and out to contact the bottom surface of the door frame, thus achieving the fireproof and smokeproof effect. This is prior art and is not described repeatedly here.
[0035] The sliding door guide rail 3 and the door frame 2 are both disposed on a wall 14.
[0036] Besides, opposite situations may occur because of the different installation environments, which means that, the leftward direction in which the fireproof door panel is pushed is defined as the direction to open the fireproof door, while the opposite direction is defined as the direction for closing the fireproof door. In such case, the installation positions of the first and second angle iron bars 4, 5 are required to be adjusted slightly, while the buffer columns 9, the groove 102, the buffer holes and the stainless steel sleeves 10 also required to be adjusted in position at the same time. The position adjustment operation is every easy on the basis of this embodiment and therefore is not described in detail.
[0037] The utility model is described with embodiment. Those ordinarily skilled in this field know that many modifications and changes can be made on the basis of the utility model, which all shall fall within the protective scope of the Claims.
